Lifetime Diamond Trade Up Policy

At any time in the future you may trade up your diamond engagement ring, stud earrings, solitaire pendant or loose diamond for a larger or higher quality diamond. You will always get back at least what you paid for your diamond off the original tagged price of the new diamond. If diamond prices increase then you will get a greater allowance. If diamond prices decrease then your allowance will always be at least what you paid for the diamond. The new diamond purchase price must be at least triple the amount of your trade up allowance. You pay only the difference of the two prices. In some cases, at our discretion, we will sell your diamond for you prior to the trade up, this policy applies to all diamonds valued over $1,000.00. In Some cases, if the setting is worn or damaged a deduction will be made from the original purchase price and/or the the setting will need to be repaired or replaced prior to the trade in or sale.

Diamond & Lifetime Warranty Policy

We warranty virtually everything about your diamond engagement ring, earrings or necklace for as long as you own it. Even if the damage to it is your fault, we will fix it free of charge to the best of our ability. In most all cases we can repair the item to like new condition. If you accidentally hit the ring and break the prongs, then we will fix it at no charge to you. During the first year: if the damage is determined by us to be a manufacturing defect then we will either replace or repair the setting at our discretion, if the manufacturing defect can not be properly repaired and the same model setting is no longer available then you may choose a comparable/different setting at no charge. We do not warranty against the loss, theft or damage to the diamond itself for any reason. We suggest that you contact your personal insurance (homeowner’s policy) company to purchase coverage for loss, theft or damage to your diamond.

Diamond Lifetime Service Policy

FREE RING SIZING – FREE RING TUNE-UP – FREE POLISHING & CLEANING

We will keep your diamond jewelry that you purchased from us looking great. For as long as you own it, we will clean, polish, tighten loose stones, straighten, steam clean and inspect it absolutely free of charge. You may take advantage of these services as often as you wish. Also, we will resize your diamond ring up or down one full size as often as once a year if necessary, free of charge, if possible.

New Jewelry Limited Warranty Policy

Prior to delivery, each and every item is carefully inspected and examined by our quality control personnel for quality standards. We want you to be satisfied with all of your purchases. We warranty virtually everything about your new jewelry purchase. For one full year we warranty that the item that you purchased is free of manufacturing defects. During the first year: if the damage is determined to be a manufacturing defect then we will either replace or repair the item, at our discretion. If the manufacturing defect can not be properly repaired and the same model item is no longer available then we will offer you a full refund or you may choose a comparable item at no extra charge. We do not warranty against the loss, theft or damage to a diamond, gemstone or jewelry itself for any reason. We suggest that you contact your personal insurance (homeowners policy) company to purchase coverage for loss, theft or damage to your diamond or gemstone. This policy does not apply to diamond engagement rings, special orders or repairs,

Refund & Return Policies

7 Day Refund Policy: Most items, with some restrictions, may be returned for a full refund with in 7 days. Restrictions: (1) the item must be returned in its original condition with ALL original documents, paperwork, boxes and sales ticket, (2) if the item was/is sized, cut, altered, engraved, worn, used or damaged in any way, then, the item may NOT be returned for a refund, credit or exchange, (3) “Special Orders” may NOT be returned for a refund, credit or exchange, see “Special Order Policy” for additional information, (4) other, see policies below:

Special Order Policy: “Special Order” items are any items that are ordered, made, custom designed, repairs, ordered from samples or altered in any way for the Customer at the Customers request. Special Order items may NOT be returned for a refund, credit or exchange at any time for any reason. All Special Order sales are final.

Special Orders require a minimum 50% non-refundable deposit. The balance due must be paid in full, immediately, when the order is completed and ready to be picked up. If the balance due is not paid in full with in 7 days of completion, or as agreed in writing, the item may be sold, dismantled, put in stock, other and the deposit is forfeited (lost) by the customer and no refund, store credit or merchandise credit of any kind is issued. If we incur additional expenses or losses that are greater than the deposit amount, the customer will be responsible and will indemnify us for the additional amount.

Lifetime Service Policy

For as long as you own your jewelry item that you purchased from us, we will inspect and clean it free of charge as often as you wish
